Join us on Monday, September 21st starting at 6:30pm for our September meeting of the Polk County Democratic Party. The meeting will be hybrid with the option to attend in person at the DEC Office in Lakeland and an option to attend virtually via Zoom. 

Our guest presenters will be Polk Education Association President, Stephanie Yocum, and Polk County Schools Superintendent Fred Heid. They will discuss the County School Board Referendum up for vote on the November 3rd ballot. You will hear how your YES on NO vote will impact schools, teachers, staff, students and YOU! 

It will also be an opportunity to hear from any local candidates who drop by the meeting and there is always at least a couple of them ready to share their platform, hear your concerns and answer your questions.
